CANCELLATION POLICY

At CeceCollections Home of Straight Naturals, We completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer your spot to another client. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service total. • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. • If you’re running a little late, please contact us — clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
